WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
Essential Qualifications
Male (max. 45-years) with Strong in Leadership
Excellent Knowledge in Civil & Steel Structure Buildings (min. 5-years)
Engineering qualification, min. of D-III / S1-Civil Engineer or equivalent
Fabricating Structural Steelwork and Architectural Metalwork
Very confident in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, steel finishes, steel grades
Ability to manage the production processes.
Ability to manage and implement Welding Procedures
High standard of numeracy, literacy and verbal communication
Ability to manage Health & Safety requirements in the workplace.
Liaise closely with the Head Office and Site Offices (Projects) activity and for administration support (Reports/papers work as well, daily-weekly-monthly)
Provide management, support and guidance to the Workshop Staff in order that they perform to the desired standards, and in line with company targets and personal objectives
IT literacy including :
Fleet / database systems
Auto Cad, ETABS
MS Word, MS Excel
Own Driving Licence A
